The Software is Non Registering FlexVision Button Presses

The purpose of this guide is to troubleshoot when the software does not appear to annals the FlexVision button presses.

Button presses allow you to practise the following 3 things: 1. First an exam, two. set markers during an exam, and, 3. accelerate to the next screen/motility.

Before you brainstorm the troubleshooting process, verify your software version is at least 5.0.168 or greater. To bank check your software version, select "Assistance" and then "Nigh the MyoVision software" from the carte at the peak of the software. If you lot are on v.0.168 or college, then continue through the steps below. In software version v.0.168, a new setting has been added to DynaROM exams that allows the user to customize the length of time it takes for a FlexVision button printing to register. This new feature may be unlike than what you are used to, so we will hash out how you can adjust it to your liking.



Follow the steps below if your software is not registering when you press a Start button or the infinite bar during an exam:

Practise a test exam to run across if this resolves your issue.
